• Q1: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading intermediary?

  • A: We are a 100% direct manufacturer operating our own heavy-duty factory in Hunan, China. Buying direct guarantees factory pricing, raw material quality control, and direct access to our engineering team.

• Q2: Can I order just 1 unit for a private villa or small project?

  • A: Yes! Our MOQ is 1 unit. We regularly custom-build single vault doors, panic room containers, or armouries for private clients, as well as bulk orders for commercial banks.

• Q3: Can you customize the exact size, interior layout, and paint color?

  • A: Absolutely. Over 80% of our products are custom-made. Send us your dimensions, required weapon/storage layout, or color preferences (RAL codes), and our CAD team will provide free structural drawings.

• Q4: Can we put our own brand/logo on your products (OEM / White-Label)?

  • A: Yes, we provide full white-label manufacturing for global distributors, security integrators, and contractors, protected by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

 

Section 2: Production & Delivery 

• Q5: How long does production take?

  • A: Standard or single custom units take 15 to 25 days. Large-scale modular vault rooms or multi-container orders take 30 to 42 days. Expedited production is available for urgent projects.

• Q6: How do you protect products from damage during sea shipping?

  • A: All units are packed in heavy-duty, moisture-proof, export-grade wooden crates with internal shock-absorbing framing. Container space loading is pre-calculated to ensure 0 movement during ocean transit.

• Q7: Can you deliver directly to my site or door (DDP / CIF)?

  • A: Yes. We ship worldwide and support flexible Incoterms: FOB, CIF, or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) directly to your job site or private property, handling ocean freight and clearance logistics.

 

Section 3: Privacy, Customs & Safety 

• Q8: How do you guarantee discreet shipping and project privacy?

  • A: High-security projects require absolute discretion. We ship all products in unbranded crates with discrete shipping labels, and all technical drawings are handled under strict confidentiality protocols.

• Q9: Will there be issues clearing customs for specialized containers/vault doors?

  • A: No. All products are exported as standard steel structures, security enclosures, or hardware with clear HS Codes and full export documentation (CE, ISO, origin certificates) to guarantee smooth customs clearance.

• Q10: What security and fireproof standards do your products meet?

  • A: Engineered to comply with major global benchmarks, including UL 608 (Vault Doors), EN 1143-1 (Physical Security), Class A60 Fireproofing, and 10-PSI Blast Resistance for containerized modules.

 

Section 4: Installation & Payment 

• Q11: How complex is the installation, and do you provide guidance for on-site setup?

  • Containers & Armouries (BRMs, Panic Rooms, Mobile Armours): Delivered 100% pre-assembled and pre-wired from our factory for immediate, plug-and-play surface placement.

  • Vault Doors & Modular Vault Rooms: Due to their heavy-duty structural nature, these require local professional riggers or contractors for on-site installation. We provide comprehensive step-by-step CAD installation manuals, 3D assembly guides, and 24/7 direct video technical guidance from our senior structural engineers to ensure a smooth, precise setup.

• Q12: What are your accepted payment terms?

  • A: We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.
